She has directly driven $8M in business impact and helped build a company from zero to market with a team that chose to follow her before a compensation structure even existed.

Netta designs and leads every HIC engagement. She speaks internationally on leadership performance, team execution and the real cost of leadership gaps in high growth organizations.
