The program

Week 1

Architect the foundation

No build without a blueprint. You define your use case with precision, write the agent specification that scopes exactly what your agent will do and refuse to do.

Week 2

Wire the capability layer

First live build session. Your agent ingests real inputs and returns structured outputs formatted for immediate use.

Week 3

Install judgment and guardrails

This session activates extended reasoning for complex HR decisions, maps your agent's failure modes, and installs the escalation logic and guardrails that makes it defensible.

Week 4

Demo day. Deploy. Go public.

Every participant presents their live agent running on a real input, in real time. You will receive peer feedback from a room of senior leaders.
