HIC’s selection process was deliberately human. No scorecards. No formulas. Just rigorous listening.
We interviewed leaders and featured them in our newsletters, many of which surpassed 20,000 views within minutes of being shared on LinkedIn. Just as importantly, other leaders emerged through a signal we trust deeply: current and former employees independently naming individuals as having shaped their experience of work in meaningful, lasting ways.
